              Moved from Bluffton SC to Ponte Vedra Fl. Move estimate was inflated. Told the binding agreement was put in place by the Federal Gov to protect consumers. Issue is the estimate tool and quote provided were grossly off. I'm not certain of what is considered an acceptable margin of error but, estimating we needed 2 trucks when the contents fit in 1 and the estimated weight of 10k pounds was between 2 & 3 pounds heavier than the trucks weight receipt, which the company would not share a copy of for my records, ~7k pounds. When I inquired about a refund I was told no, we signed a binding agreement regardless of any differences in actual weight and the estimate provided.

              I have to rate this company as pretty excellent. The follow-up, personalized calls, and great trip of guys came out to move my furniture with care. They made it seem effortless, and nothing was broken like a previous move that I used a different company. I would recommend this mover for sure! Mine was only a local in town move, but it really helped me so much to have them move all the furniture. I moved the rest of my stuff myself, but I think I would pay them to move everything next time. You really feel like they cared about your move from the start to the finish!
